If you're new to Crossfit, our Crossfit onboarding is for you.
You will receive: 

* Indivisualised movement screening and training history check in.

* 3x 45min 1:1 session with our expert coaches

* Access to our community Facebook page and programming via Wodify.

* Two weeks unlimited CrossFit.
