CrossFit is a group fitness based program that utilises all types of fitness
and strength training.


All sessions at CrossFit South Wharf are coached by our caring and
involved team of accredited coaches. CrossFit South Wharf is located
between South Wharf and South Melbourne, a short walk from South Wharf
DFO, Docklands business district & Crown Casino.

WHAT IS THE

ONBOARDING PROGRAM?


The CrossFit South Wharf onboarding program is
3 x 45-60minute sessions with a Coach of your
choosing.


The Coach will teach you the fundamental
movements of CrossFit so you’re comfortable
entering the class environment. Goal setting,
mobility, fun and skill work all play a large role in the
onboarding process.

Right from the start I felt so welcomed and a part of the supportive community here at Crossfit South Wharf. Living just around the corner is the cherry on the cake. As for results I'm much stronger yet I've dropped a shirt size since joining in Feb (without being restrictive in my diet) and learnt lifts and workouts I'd never done before. The on-site chiro team has also helped very much with old, niggling injuries. And I have a sauna after almost every workout. So glad I found you guys !
